A nice size room, wonderful stay!

Comfortable bed, marble-lined bathroom and central heating, an individual safe and flat-screen television in the room. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was amazingly helpful. Just superb location right in the middle of downtown so you can walk to most attractions, wonderful facilities.

The staff was super helpful and went above and beyond. The hotel has a beautiful old hacienda style with comfortable rooms. Great location downtown near bars and restaurants. The suite was spacious with lots of light and air. a charming and convenient place to stay.

The bed was very comfortable

What I didn't like was that when I searched in the application for accommodations with breakfast included and free option and cancellation, the Meson del Jobito appeared and it turns out that because I was a semi-frequent customer I was given a genius discount and I was very happy, but for one reason or another I was going to change my accommodation and I told myself in the application that I had to pay for my whole stay if I wanted to cancel ( it's worth mentioning that this was more than 3 months before my reservation) so I had no other option but to stay there. And when we got to the hotel they told me that breakfast was not included. The reason the hotel staff gave me was that since I took my reservation with Genius, it no longer included breakfast and if I wanted to add breakfast to it, it was going to be 300 pesos per day approximately (obviously I didn't take that option). And that added expenses to my trip that I had not contemplated. So the main reason I chose the Mesón del Jobito was because of the breakfast included. And we stayed 6 nights, it was a stay of just over 10,000 pesos, the least I expected was my breakfast included. That's why I was very upset. And if the rooms were missing carpets or something to keep them warm, I had to put a blanket on the floor so I could move from the bed to the bathroom. The heating wasn't working.

room was very spacious and comfortable, suite was chosen. location is excellent because it is in the middle of the city and therefore it is comfortable to move around on foot. It has air and heating which I also think is very good and necessary. Great staff.

It was difficult to find the hotel because if you go by car and use gps to locate you, gps sends you to an entrance where there is no passage for cars and at no time shows you another route, I had to walk and ask the hotel where to bring the car. tub was leaking and every time we took a bath there was a huge puddle, lights in the bathroom were very dim. parking lot is a bit far away from the hotel but there is a valet parking so if you use it it is not a problem, just that it is open only from 7am to 10pm. For the price I think, you could try to include an American breakfast maybe

We were also grateful for the heating as it was chilly during our visit. The restaurant on-site was excellent and offered a delicious dining experience. we had a delightful time at this hotel.

I loved staying in this hotel! It is in the heart of the city, and I could easily walk to most attractions like shops and museums. The hotel facilities are beautiful, and the cleanliness is impressive. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Besides that, there is an amazing restaurant nearby, which serves both steaks and seafood.

This place has a superb location, just near Plaza de Armas, and we visited the lake which was only a 10-minute walk away.
